Name Plating & Labeling
Our final process before packaging is name plating the compressor. This is accomplished through an integrated computer system between our shipping computer and our Run-Test computer. This system is called WatchDog. WatchDog analyzes test results on passed compressors, prints name tags, records run test results, and prints all shipping papers assigned to that particular model compressor. To further ensure our Quality Control, none of the documents or nametags are allowed to print without passing test. All documents accompany the compressor to its final destination. The compressor is then moved to the Packaging & Shipping department.
